About the F&P Assessment Worksheet

The F&P Assessment Worksheet is a free Excel (XLSX) template that supports the annual fitness-and-propriety review under FCA Handbook FIT 2.2. It covers all three FIT 2 considerations — honesty/integrity/reputation, competence/capability, and financial soundness — with separate tabs for the staff register, annual assessments, NFM findings, trigger events, and a quick reference card.

The template is updated to support PS25/23 — the FCA's framework on non-financial misconduct that takes effect on 1 September 2026. NFM findings are logged on a dedicated tab and cross-referenced into the annual assessment record, ready for FCA supervision and audit.
